Madam Prime Minister, Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé received in audience this Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the government headquarters in Lomé, the new office of the Network of African Women Ministers and Parliamentarians (REFAMP-Togo) elected on September 6, at the resulting from an elective general assembly in Lomé. The office received by the Prime Minister was led by its president, Ms. Olivia Amédjogbé-Kouévi.

At the end of the interview, the new president of REFAMP-Togo indicated that the new office came to reiterate its thanks to the Prime Minister and asked him to be the spokesperson for REFAMP-Togo to the Head of State , His Excellency Mr. Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé.

“The highest authorities in this country want the presence of REFAMP within government action and as women, we are ready,” said Ms. Amédjogbé-Kouévi. She said she also explained to the Prime Minister the priority actions of the new office and the future future of REFAMP-Togo.

“We want to launch an appeal now to all Togolese women to tell them that we are among ourselves; we are going to reach their level, from the base, to tell them exactly, once again, what the government expects from us and that we can find ourselves at any time within government action for the future of our nation”, continued the president.
