Department executives and staff representatives from the Ministry of Road, Air and Rail Transport have presented their best wishes to the Head of the Government, Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé, wishing her well at the dawn of the new year. The meeting took place in the Prime Minister’s office in Lomé on Tuesday 28 January 2025.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Road, Air and Rail Transport staff, I wish you well in the new year. May your new year be filled with good health, longevity, happiness, prosperity, peace and love,” said Colonel Bouraïma Bonfoh, the Director of the Togolese Aviation Accident Investigation Bureau (BTEA) and staff spokesman. He expressed the gratitude to the entire staff in the Office of the Prime Minister for processing the ministry of road, air and railway transport files with special care.
For her part, the Prime Minister extended her best wishes to the entire staff for their dedication and commitment.
“I thank you all for wishing me well. This is very much appreciated. I also wish you a beautiful, happy and fruitful year, filled with good health, profound peace and success,” responded Mrs Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé.
The Head of the Government advised the staff to complement each other and embrace efficiency to successfully implement projects in the transport sector. This will allow to Togo better position itself as a logistics hub of reference in the sub-region.
The Ministry of Road, Air and Rail Transport has been attached to the Office of the Prime Minister since 20 August 2024.
